Therapeutic groups, led by occupational therapists.
Clinically purposeful groups that build skills, confidence and connection. Every group has clear goals and a structured approach — so progress is real, measurable, and meaningful.
Group work is part of an OT's training, not a side specialism.
Mental health occupational therapists are formally trained in group analysis, group facilitation and the clinical reasoning that turns a gathering into therapy. Every group below is designed with a clear therapeutic purpose, run by qualified OTs and OTAs, and supervised by a registered clinician.
