A clinical home for OTs, OTAs and therapists who want to do real-world work.
We're a values-led private practice with proper supervision, generous CPD, and a team that cares about each other and the work. If that sounds like home, we'd like to meet you.
Three things that make this place different.
Real-world clinical work
The kind you went into OT for. Sessions in homes, schools, communities, not just clinic rooms. Variety, autonomy and clinical depth.
Proper supervision
Monthly 1:1, peer supervision groups, and shadowing access across the team. No working in isolation. Real clinical community.
Generous CPD
Paid time and a dedicated annual budget for the training that develops your specialism. We value clinicians who keep growing.
Three types of clinician on our team.
Mental Health OTs
HCPC registered. RCOT members. 5+ years post-qualification (or strong evidence you're on track). Genuine interest in mental health, paediatrics, neurodiversity or sensory work. Comfort working in community settings.
Paediatric OTs
HCPC registered. Experience working with children, families, schools. Particularly interested in sensory regulation, neurodevelopmental support, and family systems work.
OT Assistants
RCOT registered (OTAs do not register with the HCPC). A specialism alongside your OTA work that adds something to the team: nutrition, breathwork, paediatrics, mindfulness, sport. Comfort working under supervision and as part of a clinical partnership with an OT.
Therapists from other clinical traditions
We welcome therapists who are clinically confident, professionally curious and ready to embrace the pace and demands of private practice. Applicants should have some formal training in mental health, whether that's a recognised qualification, a structured course, or training in a complementary modality, alongside a working understanding of occupational therapy. Training in other modalities is useful.
