Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use this website. Here is our commitment, and how to reach us if something is not working for you.
Our commitment
Purpose People is committed to making this website accessible and usable for as many people as possible, whatever technology or ability they use to access it. Accessibility matters to us as a health and care practice, and we treat it as an ongoing part of how we build and maintain the site.
The standard we aim for
We aim to meet the internationally recognised Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a range of needs, including visual, hearing, motor and cognitive differences.
What we have built in
- Clear, semantic page structure so the site works with screen readers.
- Full keyboard navigation, so you can use the site without a mouse.
- Respect for your "reduce motion" setting, so animations are turned off if you have asked your device to reduce movement.
- Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images.
- Readable text sizes and colour contrast, and a layout that adapts to phones, tablets and desktops.
Known limitations
Our enquiry form is provided by a third-party service (Dubsado). We have limited control over its accessibility. If you have any difficulty using the form, please contact us and we will happily take your enquiry by phone or email instead.

If you come across anything on this site that is difficult to use, or you need information in a different format, please let us know and we will do our best to help:
- Email: admin@purposepeopleltd.com
- Phone: 07719 372 913
We will aim to respond within a reasonable time and to put right anything we can. We review this website and its accessibility periodically as part of our ongoing improvements.
