£175 consultation.
A one-hour online consultation with a registered Occupational Therapist. We use an occupational formulation approach to map where you are and what would actually help. The same price and format apply to adults, teens (13+) and paediatric consultations (where parents speak with a paediatric OT first).

Further assessment and treatment fees.
Further assessment, where indicated, is built around the recommendations from your consultation and the focus you and your OT agree on together.
From £550
A typical two-part further assessment is around £550 total — an in-person or in-context session followed by a written report and a follow-up to agree the plan with you. An initial assessment carried out at home rather than in the therapy room incurs an additional £50 to cover travel.

ADOS-2 Autism Assessment

For adults · 18+. Comprehensive ADOS-2 assessment, written report and feedback session. Follow-up OT support pathway available.
Sensory Profile Screening

90-minute session including written report. In person or online.
Housing Assessment
Price on application, starting at £380
Each quotation is built around the scope of the assessment and the housing setting. Paediatric and complex cases priced on application. Includes home visit and report.

A note on insurance.
Whilst occupational therapy is registered by the HCPC, there are very few companies offering mental health occupational therapy in the private sector and therefore we have found it is rarely recognised by insurance companies.
In some circumstances with certain insurance companies, you can pay Purpose People Ltd and claim back, however we are unable to be involved in this process and as such offer no guarantee of any repayment from an insurance company.
Where your care is funded by a case manager, we invoice the case manager directly.
