Purpose People Branches: Coming in 2027

Over the past decade we have built the UK’s first dedicated private mental health occupational therapy practice from the ground up. We have learned what works, developed the systems, refined the clinical model and built the professional relationships that make a practice like this function and grow. We are now ready to share all of that with the right people.

In 2027 we will begin rolling out Purpose People branches across the UK, and we are looking for experienced occupational therapists who are ready to run their own show.

This is not a franchise in the traditional sense. It is an opportunity to build and lead your own Purpose People practice, with the full weight of everything we have created behind you. The business model, the clinical framework, the branding, the systems, the professional networks, the onboarding process and the hard-won knowledge that comes from doing this first. You will not be reinventing the wheel. You will be driving it.

What branch leaders will have access to includes full training and onboarding, ongoing support from Jill and Nicky, a community of Purpose People branch leaders across the UK, regular CPD and shared learning, and the credibility and recognition of belonging to an established and respected national practice. What you bring is the entrepreneurial drive, the clinical confidence and the ambition to lead something of your own.

We are presenting our branch model at this year’s OT Show on the 25th and 26th of November. Come and see us on stand H26. We will have brochures and can talk you through the model in person and answer your questions.
